Canned dog food, or even baby food. We used to give baby food to animals with upset tummies when I worked for a vet. This can get expensive, but you don't say how big the dog is. (or HOW few teeth it has) The problem with feeding kibble, even if it's been soaked, is that if the dog can't chew it properly, it's going to upset it's stomach. I'd go with canned food. If you can't afford canned food, then go with the "wetting down kibble" solution BUT whip it up in the blender to make sure there are no hard chunks.
Feeding dog with few teeth?
Soft dog food, or put water over regular dog food to soften it.

Reply:Buy regular hard dog food and soften it with water, but don´t add to much water. Add enough so that the food balls expand you´ll see when they have softened.

If she seems to not eat well you may need to have her teeth checked as there could be pain and more teeth in need of removal.
