My Yorkie is 3.6 lbs, she is 1 year and 2 months old. The Vet said she has to baby teeth that still need to come out that have not. They said I should get them pulled because she has a gum infection, they said this will help with the bad breathe too. Do I really need to pay to have them pulled or will they fall out eventually?

Reply:Yes have them pulled out. The permanent teeth will grow in and crowd them and then the doggie will have some serious trouble. May end up losing all its teeth. It is a simple procedure and the dog will be fine.
