I assume you mean years? It could be that he didn't have proper dental care. Dog teeth decay like human teeth. Also, certain breeds are notorious for bad teeth. Bad genetics I guess (i.e. italian greyhounds). If they're gone you can't replace them but you should talk to your vet to find out why.
My dog has no teeth why is this. He is only 8?
8 days, weeks or months? If he's only 8 days, it would make sense why he doesn't have teeth. His baby teeth hasn't come out yet.

Reply:Has he lived on a canned or soft diet? Those are not good for dogs; they tend to promote tooth decay. Other than that, some breeds (and bloodlines within other breeds) tend to have missing teeth.

Reply:8 years??????? Did he have them when you got him? It is possible his teeth fell out because they were never cleaned. Are his gums swollen and red, does he have bad breath?
