just do it yourself,,, you can buy tooth scalers.... i do it by sitting on the floor,leaning up against the couch... i put the dog in between my legs on its back... i brush her belly, trim her nails,,, and clean her teeth in this position.. dogs get used to it.. especially while on their back *you are supporting them with your outstretched legs -- have fun not really a hard thing to do..

Honest question, why do you think the dog needs it's teeth cleaned? My family has bred and trained dogs for generations and never had a dogs teeth cleaned.Cleaning dogs teeth is just a scam your dog will be alright, trust me.
